SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY MARKET UPDATE NOVEMBER 2021 

Active listings hit an all-time low of 365 homes for sale at the end of November, the result of only 209 new listings and 331 closed sales. While 331 closed sales are only slightly above the past five-year average of 299, the 209 new listings are well below the seasonal 283 average new listings.
